I feel my heart pounding against my chest as I’m sprinting as fast as I can down the public streets of Chicago. I look behind me to see if it’s still chasing me. That hideous thing is still after me. I take in its appearance; it was unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. It had white hair, black eyes with bright yellow pupils, and grey dead skin with stitches holding its limbs together. Anybody from a distance would think it’s just some man in his mid-thirties. I turned my head back in front of me to see where I was heading when he suddenly appeared right there before my eyes. His stitches around his neck
I was sitting at a park bench all alone. There wasn’t a single person in sight, nothing but the feeling of absence. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a girl running. I ran towards her trying to get her attention.
“Who are you?” My voice echoed as I spoke.
“My name is Hailey.” The girl in front of me answered, her voice echoed as well. She was the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. Her eyes shined like stars and her smile made my heart stop.
“What about you? What’s your name?” She ricked on her feet as she asked. I remained speechless; my throat was in a knot. I couldn’t speak. I coul
“Please exit calmly through the designated perimeter.”
The intercom said. Los Angeles was completely in rubble. Buildings collapsed from the bombs, mothers buried in tears from lost children, bodies lying dead in the streets, ashes and smoke filled the sky. Only one question goes through our mind...why? Some can say we had it coming. We were always seeking more control in the world. I was walking along side my two friends Kameron and Hailey. I looked at Hailey. Her eyes were filled with sorrow. She felt like all hope was lost like there was no point in going on. All I wanted to do was to say something; anything that would make he
Lighting flashed in the night sky. The rain poured down like hail. We ran to the fence in means of escaping this horrible god forsaken place.
“Hurry! We’re almost there!” I yelled from fear of not making it. Heavily breathing, and our ribs aching we ran as fast as we could.
“There it is! I can see it, we are almost there!” Hailey screamed tears practically pouring out of her eyes from joy of getting out if this place alive. At last we made it to the gate.
“Quick help me lift Nathan over first.” I said anxiously. Hailey lifted up Nathan and I got down and gave him a boost with my hands.
“Hey,
you have the key to my heart
as long as I'm with you we'll (never part)
your beauty rains down my day
your smile makes time slip away
your the one that makes my day
i'll never let you go, so i hope you'll stay
(ooooh) i was lost, i was down, i was left out in the dark
but now you're her, here with me in my arms, safe and sound
i'll never let you down
i'll never let you leave cause without you i can't breath
so tell me now is this a deam
cause i don't want to wake
i'm always happy with you, it seems
that when your gone i just can't think
please just tell me you're here to stay
cause i refuse to walk away
